The pre-production/vendor sample packages for Little Duck Organics arrived today from our packaging supplier. Although everyone who has seen them up until this point has said that they look great, I’d be lying if I said that I was 100% happy with the quality. As a designer, I know what the raw design files looked like before they were sent to the manufacturer. When I compare the files to the actual packages, I immediately pick out the inconsistencies.

It took you less than one week to change your High Speed Internet Service Plan Pricing Page to reflect the complaints that I voiced in my last blog post.
The change came pretty darn quick if you ask me. I’m not sure if I should chalk this up as a coincidence or if I should claim this change as the product of my previous rant. UPDATE 4/3/09: Less than a week after I wrote this post, Fairpoint updated their website to reflect the changes that I wrote about in the post below. You can see my response to the changes here.
I write this post to express my complete dissatisfaction with Fairpoint Communications and its complete lack of customer service and support. The way they treat their customers is completely disgraceful. I wish I had another option and I would disconnect my service permanently.
