I understand your situtation in the fact that you need to stay with them if you want high-speed internet. We don't have ANYTHING available as far as high-speed goes in our area. Paul refuses to get dial up, so we don't have internet at home. I guess this happens when you live in the country-side. I can't wait for something to become available. That’s not cool. What a disaster. They are always sending me notices to get high speed internet. But when queried, they say I live too far from the central office. Then stop bugging me to sign up! I thought Comcast was in Jaffrey (formaly Adelphia). If not, there is another option if you have a view of Pack Monadnock. NHWisp is a wireless company but it is pricey. $900 for a radio and $75 a month. It's MY only option living way out in the sticks. ;-) Have you tried their website to pay your bill yet?
