Listed below is a chronological listing of each of the business ventures (good and bad) which I have actively pursued over the years. Some of the sites are still under construction, like Redwood Concepts which has had the same splash page up for over a year now. The problem with working on multiple projects at one time is that many tasks get put to the side and replaced with other things of greater importance. One day, I can only hope, everything will be caught up. Enjoy!

- Timeframe: December 2007 – January 2009
- Description: The Monadnock Review was designed to be a “hyper-local” online community featuring news, events, and small business reviews in the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire. The project was very successful, with over 100 unique visitors per day during its peak. Ultimately, The Monadnock Review was was shut down in January of 2009 so that we could focus time and effort on other projects. The site and its archives are still live and can be accessed at the link above. We are currently looking for a buyer who would like to pick up where we left off. If you have any questions or would like to know more information about this project, please e-mail Info@MonadnockReview.com.
Tingabyte
- Timeframe: October 2006 – August 2007
- Documents: Draft of Business Plan (.PDF)
- Description: Tingabyte was one of my first business ideas that was put into action. The idea focused on renting textbooks to college students using the Netflix business model. When I first started building the business plan, there were no other companies renting college textbooks online (Bookrenter.com & Chegg.com both launched later in 2007). The business plan was presented to investors during the summer months of 2007. One of the biggest investment concerns was the fact that textbooks were phased out every 2-3 years. Needless to say, I dropped the idea at the end of the summer. Logistically, the concept would have been difficult to manage & I did not have a team in place to make it happen.
